A place for players

Community rules

Different tastes belong here. Treat the people behind them with respect.

Updated October 14, 2026. These rules apply to player reviews, topics, and replies.

Talk about the game

Share useful questions, discoveries, and your own experience. Criticism and negative recommendations are welcome. Explain what worked or did not work for you; disagreement alone is not a reason to report someone.

Respect other people

No harassment, threats, hate directed at a person or group, sexual exploitation, or sharing another person's private information. Do not impersonate a player, developer, moderator, or editor. Do not encourage others to target someone.

Keep contributions honest

Player reviews represent a real person's experience. Do not invent play experience, post automated reviews or discussions, manipulate recommendations or helpful votes, or organize mass reports. Do not use multiple identities to evade moderation. Spam, scams, repetitive promotion, and unrelated advertising may be hidden.

Give players context

Mark review spoilers and avoid spoilers in discussion titles. Put a clear spoiler warning before revealing story details in a topic or reply. Disclose a free copy using the review's free-copy field, and explain any sponsorship or connection to the game in your text. Platform and play context are self-reported; we do not present them as verified ownership.

Report or block a contribution

On a shared post, choose Report and explain the rule or concern. Reports go to a private moderator queue; they do not automatically hide the post. Choose Block poster to hide that poster's contributions from your view. You can manage blocks in My library. A display name alone does not identify a person, and a block may not cover a different guest identity.

How moderation works

A moderator reviews the post and its context, then can hide a rule-breaking post, dismiss a report, or restore a post. Decisions and reasons are recorded privately. Hidden contributions stop appearing in shared listings. Moderation is reviewed by people; the news-generation system does not write player posts or decide their recommendations. Reporting is not an emergency service, and we do not promise a response time.

Ask for a decision to be reviewed

If a moderator hid your post, open Your shared posts and blocks in My library using the identity that posted it. Request review and explain why the decision should change. One appeal can be submitted for a post; its open or closed status appears there. A moderator may restore the post or close the appeal while keeping it hidden. Posts you removed yourself do not offer this appeal control.

Your posts and identity

You can remove your own visible shared posts. Guest posting controls depend on this browser's identity cookie; losing it can remove access to those controls. When the community service is unavailable, browser-preview posts stay in that browser and do not reach the shared report or appeal queues.
